ISM300F1-C3 GPS Module

The Inventek ISM300F1-C3 is a SiRF Star III 20-channel Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver module targeting Low Power / mobile application

"The ISM300XF1-C3 receiver firmware release will allow for low power applications where the module is set to a hibernate mode through hardware control". The hibernate mode requires only 10 µA to maintain ephemeris data. This permits rapid acquisition at the lowest power consumption!

The GPS module is offered in an extremely compact Surface Mount Device (SMD) module form factor The module provides high sensitivity, high gain, and low power. It is designed for a broad spectrum of OEM applications and is based on the fast and deep GPS signal search capabilities of the SiRF Star III architecture.
