Where do you manufacture your products?
Our GPS and WiFi products are qualified in four different manufacturing sites, Massachusetts, Philippines Taiwan and China. Our antenna products are manufactured in Massachusetts and Taiwan. Depending on the product we can ship from several sites to optimize shipping costs

Can I place a “PO” order online with N30 terms?
N30 terms are available. They require a $1,000.00 min order and must go thru a review and credit check. For all your questions regarding setting up terms, simply email sales@inventeksys.com
What is Inventek’s return policy?
Inventek will accept product back for reason of defective material. Returns for any other reason will be accepted with approval within 30-days of ship date with a 20% restocking fee.
Can I reference a PO# on my online order?
Yes. Please note any special instructions in the Ordering Instructions or comments section of your order during checkout.
What if I have special instructions when placing my order?

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept M/C, Visa, Discover. However, we do not accept American Express.

Your order is shipped with a packing slip which is considered your receipt.
